LED high-power lamp beads are widely used as a new green, environmentally friendly, energy-saving light source in automotive lamps, lamps, flashlights, and other fields. Today, let‘s introduce the classification of LED high-power lamp beads.
LED high-power lamp bead models can be classified from the following five aspects:
1. Appearance: The mainstream shapes of single chip packaging include F8 analog lumens, 3535 anti CREE, etc., while the shapes of multi chip LED packaging include integration, COB, etc;
2. Color: Refers to the luminous color of LED beads, divided into white light, red light, yellow light, blue light, green light, and so on;
3. Material: Refers to the LED lamp bead binding substrate, which currently has three main structures: copper, aluminum, and ceramic;
4. Power: Single chip LED packages typically have a power of 1-3W, while multiple chip LED packages have a power of 5-300W or higher;
5. Luminous efficiency: Refers to the luminous efficiency of LED beads. The luminous efficiency of various colors varies, with white light being the highest.
